Here are a few things you might want to know:
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment
Your accessories should reach you in perfect condition, and as everything is made by us we should notice any faults. However, we are human, and can make mistakes. Just get in touch and we promise we'll sort out anything that's not quite right.
We aim to refund you as quick as possible but please allow 7 days from date of returning your item. Any comments regarding the reason for return are greatly appreciated.
Please try to return items in an unused and saleable condition.
I'm sorry, but we can't take back personalised items unless faulty, or if there are spelling errors that are my fault. Please be REALLY careful to give me the correct information when ordering personalised items. If you're not sure about the size you need please carefully check our size guide, and if in any doubt at all contact us. We will be able to ensure that you choose the perfect size for your pet.
We can be more flexible with returns time frames when you're ordering items as gifts, where items are bought and not used immediately. Just contact us if you need to.
